Important! Only for unlocked bootloader
Kernel included is the ICS beta kernel with recovery
- copy KA06_Ice_Cream_Sony_Neo.zip to root of sd-card
- choose "Flash zip from sd-card" and choose the KA06_Ice_Cream_Sony_Neo.zip
- [Neo V] flash the Patch_for_NeoV.zip in recovery (attachment)
- Ready to use updated version
- [recommended] Open up Ram Manager Free and choose "Balanced Multitasking Setting" for better performance and smoothness

- [optional] again reboot into recovery, go to advanced & fix permissions
- [optional] When using OC-kernel go to development and set the 2 animation scale options to "off"
