Samsung Galaxy Gio S5660 Firmware Update (Official Kies Released) list

Here's a brief list of available official firmware updates that has been released for Samsung Galaxy Gio S5660. This list covers from the previous updates started from the month of August up to the most recent Samsung Kies server releases.

 The Samsung Galaxy Gio S5660 is part of the four Samsung's mid-range Android smartphones, along with the Galaxy Ace, Galaxy Fit and Galaxy mini that was globally released started from March 2011. This device originally packed with Android 2.2 Froyo firmware and is powered by 800 MHz processor (Qualcomm QCT MSM7227-1 Turbo CPU).  Also known as Samsung Galaxy Gio GT-S5660M in Canada as branded by Bell (network provide).

Some firmware updates have the same firmware build version but only varies on the CSC file.  So, if you tried to update and your region is not on the list, you can check out your nearby Country if the firmware is already released then you'll get and idea that the said firmware will be available for your region sooner. 
The much easier way to check the latest firmware of your Galaxy Gio is to install Kies on your PC and let Kies do the job to find any firmware update available for your device. 

Advance users can get the most of firmware updates by installing firmwares from other regions. This is called flashing, by way of using Odin downloader tool and using the stock ROM that is being pulled from Samsung Kies official firmware server.
